Do you want to become a musher and drive a dog sled across the snowy fields in one hour? This is the right place for booking this experience!
The place we go for our husky adventure and dog sledding strongly depends on the snow conditions of the day. Most of the time, BUT NOT ALL THE TIME 🙂 , we are near the village of Gerlachov at NP Vysoké Tatry.
Once you meet us at the husky location, you will be introduced to our team, and we will have a short chat about the dogs. Later on, you will be taken by our husky instructor for the first ride on circuit 1-2km long.
The dogs always follow the track that they have done before, so you do not need to worry about the direction they're going.
If you want to feel like a musher, you can try to shout GO-GO-GO or just STOP in the end.
Little hint for you:) Husky dogs never listen word STOP. They LOVE to run and they have energy for all day long!!!
The only way to stop huskies is to step hard on the brake located near your feet on the sled.
Our programme is set for 1 hour on a 1-4 km circuit, where we will teach you all the techniques and everything about dog sledding in Slovakia.
Once the program is done, you will become a real musher and you can ride a dog sled with huskies by yourself:)

Suggested Itinerary
Meet and greet your guides at husky location
The location strongly depends on the snow level. If we have a great winter, the place is at Gerlachov; if we have less snow, we ride the husky adventures in the village of Pribylina.
You meet with our guides, and our huskies are excited to pull the sled. You will be driven first on a sled with our instructors. Later, we will let you go with our huskies and sled by yourself:)
Return to base
After a great session and tons of videos, it is time to say bye. If needed, we will give you a transfer back to your hotel.
P.S.: Do not forget to take a group picture with the dogs!!!
