Day 1 Arrival in Marrakech You are welcomed by our stuff in the Menara airport, transfer to the Riad in the medina after we get the bikes ready. If you arrive early in the morning, it is possible to cross the city by bikes and discover more about Marrakech (the red city). Dinner in the roof terrace of a restaurant which is located 3 mins from the Jemaa El Fana square.
Day 2 Marrakech After a great breakfast, prepare the bikes and start cycling in the early morning across the city of Marrakech to discover the city with our guide. We then head towards the High Atlas mountains of Morocco (They separate the Mediterranean and Atlantic coastlines from the Sahara Desert.) The Atlas mountains are primarily inhabited by Berber populations. On the way, we will meet some Berber people in the road, enjoy a mint tea at Berber restaurant and then keep cycling up towards the ski resort located at an altitude of between 2,600 meters (8,500 ft) and 3,200 meters (10,500 ft) and has six ski lifts. After lunch, we will be cycling all the way down till Imi n'Lghar to start cycling up till the pass of Tadmamt, rest and cycle down all the way till Asni town for a transfer to Imlil Valley where we spend the night at Riad Jnane Imlil.
Day 3 Imlil Breakfast on the roof terrace with panoramic views on the Mt Toubkal the highest peak in North Africa 4167 m of altitude and then we start cycling down along the same way till Asni town. After a short break we keep cycling up to Tizi Ouezla, all the way down to Tell Amezmiz Valley (Its population of approximately 11,000 consists mainly of Amazighs of Tamazgha origin who speak the Tamazight language) where you will cycle for 35 km more until Tell Lala Takerkoust. Lalla Takerkoust is a town in Al Haouz Province, Marrakech-Tensift-Al Haouz, Morocco. According to the 2004 census, it has a population of 3,348.) We spend the night in town.
Day 4 Lalla Takerkoust Today is the last day but it is also the one you will never forget. We start cycling upwards while we enjoy panoramic views of the great two dams and High Atlas mountains range around. After 17km we reach My Brahim. The Zaouia of Moulay Brahim was founded in 1628 CE during the reign of the Sa?d? sultan Zayd?n al-N??ir in the village originally named Kik is now called Moulay Brahim. We keep cycling down all the way to Tahanaout town and after a short break, we continue to Marrakech city from Bab Rob (Bab er Robb is a southern gate exit to the city of Marrakech, Morocco, near Bab Agnaou. It leads to the roads that lead to the mountain towns of Amizmiz and Asni. Robb produces a beverage from figs and raspberries.) We spend the night at the riad.
Day 5 Marrakech - Departure Today you will have the day free after 12 pm for shopping and buying gifts to your family. Transfer to the airport.
