Join us for a canyoning adventure in Manikia Gordge, located in central Evia - a small, hidden paradise. Just about 2-2.5 hours driving from Athens, you will have the chance to enjoy waterfalls, natural swimming pools in a stunning natural location.
As the canyon does not have a high technical difficulty or a large number of technical routes and high rappels, it is ideal for people with zero experience who simply want to be involved in canyoneering. No previous experience is required, but just moderate fitness and basic swimming knowledge are required. And of course, love for adventure !!!

Suggested Itinerary
Activity description
Our day starts in the village of Manikia, which is the starting point of our adventure. After we prepare and do a short canyoning lesson showing the basic manipulations, we will start with a half-hour river trek in the open part of the gorge.
We will continue our adventure in its closed and imposing part with rappels, slides, and jumping on pedestals with turquoise and green waters. The gorge rewards us at the end with a waterfall of 25 meters, with a wonderful view of a huge pedestal. After rappelling the waterfall, we can relax, swim, or take some dives in the crystal waters while we enjoy the nature around us.
Our return will be a short walk of 20 minutes, where a transfer will be waiting for us to take us back.
Meeting point
The meeting point is at Manikia base at 10:30 am. Pick up and drop off from your hotel in Athens can be arranged at an extra cost
