Pontal de Maceio is a small fishing village in Brazil, unspoiled unlike many of the countries hottest tourist destinations. It also happens to have world class kitesurfing. Join Ride & Dream for an 8-day kitesurfing camp filled with semi-private lessons, other exciting activities, beautiful views and luxury to spare. You'll get 12 hours of instruction with a two-to-one student to instructor ratio. The instructors are the best in the biz: professional riders and qualified instructors will help you take your kitesurfing to the next level. Our advanced kitesurfing course is supervised by Valentin Garat. When we're not on the water, you'll get to discover all the other wonders and activities that Pontal de Maceio has to offer. Between the ocean views, there will also be buggy excursions so you get to see the architectural, cultural and historical heritage of the region. Kite Spot: The ''Barra'' lagoon will be your playground during your stay. Its flat and shallow waters make it a great spot to take your freestyle skills to the next level. Kite Club / Excursions / Activities: During your 8 days, you'll get 12 hours of semi-private instruction with highly experienced kite surfers. All kitesurfing gear (helmet, kite, board and safety harness), will be provided for you. Instruction will extend to dry land as well, as you analyze video footage of your kiting in private sessions with your coaches. Included in the package is a buggy excursion in which you'll see a desert of windmills, an oasis and the tourist town of Canoa Quebrada with its sand cliffs and dunes. Other optional activities you can try during the trip include SUP, yoga and capoeira classes, horseback riding, water skiing, and wake-boarding. Accommodation: The Jaguaribe Lodge & Kite is a beautiful eco-lodge where nature with its dunes, coconut grove, and mangrove are ubiquitous. Ideally located facing the Jaguaribe River, this site is exceptional for kitesurfing lessons. Built with the utmost respect for the environment, the hotel Jaguaribe Lodge Kite seems to float over the dunes and the sea by a game of footbridges allowing access to the many facilities of this superb complex. The eco-lodge is equipped with a kitesurfing center, a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a restaurant overlooking the sea with a bar, a spa with massage rooms, a Ofuro, a treatment room, and aesthetics and yoga space. The 16 bungalows built on stilts are spacious and generously open to the sea. Built with local wood and carnauba palms, they have been designed to let the fresh air of the ocean flow freely. The decoration of the suites is elegant and refined. A real mix of nature, space and unforgettable freedom!
