Badminton Wellbeing Retreat in the Cotswolds

We (Gaby and Bella) connected out of our love of movement and nature. We want to create and share a space where people can come and enjoy an ideal weekend the way we would want it – lots of active activities, learning about nature and opening up our mind to spiritual practices that challenge our beliefs. We want to enable people to live their best, most joyous life whilst also helping them nourish their needs holistically. We want to rebuild the notion of community with activities designed to nurture our physical and mental wellbeing. We will be working with yoga, meditations, breathwork and sacred cacao to help release these blocks, which will enable you to flow more fluidly through life and feel more empowered. You’ll enjoy walks and runs through the deer park, wild foraging, nourishing greens and raspberry crumbles. We design adventure at your pace in a home away from home with like-minded people who are looking to return to a natural, restful, and happy state. Gaby’s Bio Gaby Cecil, Marketeer and Cycling Lover Gaby was born in Cornwall, so simple country living runs deep. She loves cycling, adores food that nourishes the soul, and loves a good physical challenge! Gaby is concise, loves a process and an organized, working excel sheet is her dream. Bella’s Bio Bella Somerset, Yogi and Mountain Lover Bella was born in Gloucestershire, at Badminton, where the duo are based. Bella is a trained mountain leader, yoga instructor and like Gaby, loves all outdoor pursuits and holding space for deep connection. Her own journey with mental health led her to the mountains, where she started her healing journey. Bella is the yin to Gaby’s yang – a free-spirited heart. Cacao Ceremony The Cacao plant in ceremony, is used as a power plant for opening our heart to experience love and elevated emotions in depth. People experience really profound experiences working with Mother Cacao. There will be a brief discussion on the background and practice of using Cacao as a heart opener, intention setting, music, singing, and meditation.
