The new Kukas 1 villas with a loft are ideal for families, couples, or small groups. The spacious, tastefully decorated interior features large floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light and stunning views of the surrounding forest. The high ceilings create an airy, calming atmosphere, while the open-plan living and kitchen area is perfect for relaxing, dining, and spending time together.

Unwind in your private sauna, enjoy a good night’s sleep in the cozy bedroom, or take in the scenery from your furnished private terrace. The loft offers a beautiful, uninterrupted view of Lapland’s nature, and can be used as a second sleeping area or a peaceful reading nook.

Each villa sleeps up to 5 guests: a double bed in the downstairs bedroom, two single beds in the loft, and a fold-out armchair bed for extra flexibility.

The Kukas 1 villas are positioned to offer beautiful views over the forest and the majestic Ylläs fells, with more villas nestled further down the slope.
