DETAILS
Jutting into the sea at the southern end of Costa Rica's Pacific coast, the Osa Peninsula remains one of the country’s most remote destinations. The Drake Bay area and Corcovado National Park are especially rich, with numerous species of birds. The most abundant bird population in Costa Rica is found here with over 365 species of birds indigenous to this region. The bird watching activity can be done either very early in the morning or/and in the evening since those are the hours that the birds are more active.
