Continue to the historic outpost of Ouadane, a UNESCO treasure rising from the dunes, before traveling through Choum to experience one of the world’s most extraordinary travel moments: an evening ride aboard the Iron Ore Train, an authentic slice of Saharan life and adventure. Your journey concludes along Mauritania’s Atlantic coast, from the lively port city of Nouadhibou to the dynamic capital Nouakchott, where desert traditions meet modern Mauritanian culture.
